• Graduated with multiple degrees in Medicine, Culinary Arts and Food Sciences with advanced Diplomas in Patisseries from the United States, Australia and Thailand.
• Vast experience, knowledge, creativity and dedication to all product and brand development and quality assurance of all food services industry and manufacturing.
• Prior to joining Synova Foods, she has worn many hats in the past as a Patisserie Chef, a Food Designer, a Scientist and even as a Thai restaurant owner in Melbourne, Australia.
• Trained in GMP, HACCP, Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
